WHY THIS PROJECT
Several visits.
An idea to take further.
After spending time in Morocco, I wanted to do more than return for another visit. Meeting local people and seeing small businesses at work led to the idea of building a video project with someone who knows the country and wants to create something of their own.
We would discuss how to work together, what the first project should involve and when to start. The format and each person's responsibilities would be agreed together before committing to the pilot.
THE PARTNERSHIP
A business proposal.
Shared work and investment.
This is a partnership to build a business together, not an offer of paid employment. Both partners would contribute time and money to an agreed starting budget. There is no guaranteed salary or income at this stage.
Before spending money, we would define a small pilot: what to film, who does the work and which costs we need to cover. Possible costs include travel, production and editing. We would discuss each person's contribution and agree on ownership and future revenue sharing in writing.
The first objective is to learn whether we work well together and whether viewers respond to the content. If the pilot shows promise, we can discuss a longer-term production plan and further investment.
Potential revenue could eventually come through suitable sponsors or platform monetisation. Those are possibilities to test, not income we already have. Any commercial collaboration should be clear to viewers.
